1. Parties and Legal Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website https://allinners.com, the “Marketing Genius” application, and all related services (the “Products”).

  • Payment Agent: All financial transactions (Stripe, PayPal, and Bank Transfers) are processed by Allinners Media DMCC, Office 1706, Armada 2, Cluster P, JLT, Dubai – UAE.

3. Product Description and Consultancy

The Products consist of coaching and consultancy aimed at enhancing digital sales skills, marketing, and business digitalization.

  • Methodology: Services include recorded platform content and LIVE online support.

  • Coaching: Users can choose between group or individual coaching. For business digitalization, a personal coach is mandatory.

  • Nature of Service: All services are strictly professional consultancy. They do not have educational, academic, or recreational content.

4. Special Warranty: Quantum Challenge

The Quantum Challenge (February 23–25, 2026) is covered by an Absolute Warranty:

  • Refund: If the user finds the content unsuitable for their business or is unsatisfied for any reason, a full refund of the access fee will be issued.

  • Bonus Policy: Even in the event of a refund, the user is entitled to keep all received bonuses as a gift.

  • Timeline: This warranty must be activated within 72 hours from the start of the live program.

  • Requirement: The user must have participated in all scheduled live meetings up to the moment of the refund request. Requests must be sent to info@allinners.com.

5. General Refund and Withdrawal Policy

For all other products (unless specified otherwise):

  • Digital Waiver: Users waive the right to withdrawal once digital content is accessed, streamed, or downloaded.

  • 14-Day Window: Refund requests are valid only within 14 days of purchase, provided no content has been consumed.

  • Late Withdrawal Penalties: Withdrawal between 14 and 30 days incurs a 50% penalty. After 30 days, the amount is non-refundable.

6. Conduct and Community Rules

  • Reputation: Users must not engage in defamatory behavior against the Company or its staff on social media or private groups.

  • Poaching: Contacting other members privately to offer jobs or collaborations is prohibited and leads to immediate removal from community groups (Facebook/Discord).

  • Penalty: Violation of conduct clauses may result in a penalty of €1,000.00 (or equivalent in AED), without prejudice to further damages.

7. Results Disclaimer

Professional and financial outcomes are not guaranteed. Success depends on individual effort and project feasibility. The Company is authorized to share user results for promotional purposes unless consent is revoked under GDPR/Data Protection laws.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

  • For clients qualifying as “Consumers” under UAE law, the mandatory court of their residence shall apply where required by statute.
